Our Suites has been recently refurnished and has now 8 bedrooms to let, all well-equipped with the most modern comforts, and available in three different typologies: single, double, and superior.

Piazza di Spagna Prestige at Spanish Steps is located only 50 meters from Piazza di Spagna.

The area has most of the most renowned Rome restaurants and galleries, close by the Piazza di Spagna Prestige the Italian Fashion is exposed in the most elegant shops like Valentino Armani Fendi Gucci Bulgari Versace and more.

The building has been recently restructured taking into consideration the needs of the modern tourist. Indeed al the rooms offers big bathroom, air conditioning, free coffee and tea making facilities, hairdryer in room, heating, high speed internet connection, lift, LCD flat screen TV 24', Satellite TV, mini bar, writing desk.

  • The Hotel offer an inside court terrace where you can hang and read a book and relax

  • The help-desk can organize all your tours and meals during your stay in Rome.

  • Thank you for choosing PIAZZA DI SPAGNA PRESTIGE as a base for exploring the heart of Rome, OUR APARTMENT HAS AN INTIMATE BUT MODERN ATMOSPHERE.  Remember that it is a pedestrian area AND IT CANNOT BE ACCESSED BY CARS.  BELOW WE PROVIDE IMPORTANT INFORMATION NECESSARY FOR CHECK-IN AND TO BE CONSIDERED RELEVANT FOR BOOKING.  CHECK-IN IS EXPECTED FROM 2,00 PM UNTIL 8,00 PM, WITH STAFF ON SITE. 
    If it is not possible to arrive BEFORE 8 PM, WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO INFORM US IN ADVANCE AND TO GIVE US A MOBILE NUMBER to check-in THROUGH ENTRY CODES that will be sent to the guest's mobile phone which, by means of a phone call, will allow YOU TO OPEN THE APARTMENT DOWNSTAIRS DOOR AND THE ENTRANCE DOOR REMOTELY. We also ask you, kindly, to send us all guest documents and a credit card as guarantee by email or whatsapp. Since there are no more staff on site, after 8:00 pm, we point out that, in spite of ourselves, it could create unpleasant disservices or difficulties in accessing the structure, therefore, IN THIS CASE, telephone assistance is provided by our staff at additional cost: 
    paying 25.00 euros up to 10 pm 
    paying 50.00 euros up to midnight 
    after midnight it will not be possible to carry out any type of CHECK-IN and in this case, THE MANAGEMENT UNDERLINES THAT IT DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY for the inability to access our facility.  In any case, any request for reception after 8:00 pm must be accepted and confirmed by the structure, so that we can organize to provide the best possible service. 
    ALL THE INFORMATIONS ABOVE DESCRIBED ARE IMPORTANT TO HAVE AS MORE FUNCTIONAL HOSPITALITY AND THEREFORE, WE ASK YOU,  TO CONFIRM YOUR ACCEPTANCE AND UNDERSTANDING, ANSWERING AT THIS  E-MAIL. 
    We provide, also,  further general information below: 
    - ON REQUEST IT IS POSSIBLE TO LEAVE YOUR Baggage FROM 10.30 am AT A COST OF 15 euros. 
    ROOM CLEANING HOURS BETWEEN 10:00 am AND 3:00 pm 
    CHECK-OUT is an express check out  without staff until 10: 00 am.
